I have my order confirmation; can I pick up my items now?

Please wait until your receive a collection confirmation SMS and/or email before you head to our store.

 

What do I need to bring in store when I collect my order?

Simply present the confirmation SMS and/or email that was sent to you.

 

What if I change my mind about the pick-up store location?

Please contact the original store from which you were planning on collecting your order to arrange a transfer. Arranging a transfer can take up to 24 hours.

 

How long can you keep my order for?

We hold your order in your chosen store for two weeks. If you cannot pick up your order during this time, please contact your pick up store to arrange a collection date that suits you.

Click and Layby is similar to Click and Collect, however it allows to store your purchase for a later collection date of your choice. This is a great option if you are trying to keep an item a surprise for a special occasion such as a birthday or Christmas present.

What if I change my mind about the pick-up store location?

Should you change your mind as to where you would like to collect your order from, please contact the original store from which you were planning on collecting your order so that they can arrange a transfer to the store you do wish to collect from. Please keep in mind that arranging this kind of transfer can take up to 24 hours.

 

What if I change my mind about the collection date?

Should you change your mind as to when you would like to collect your order, please contact the original store from which you were planning on collecting your order from to arrange a new collection date. Please keep in mind that if you wish to bring the date forward, it might take up to 24 hours for your items to be ready for collection after you have contacted us.

 

I have paid a 50% deposit, do I need to make regular payments?

Once you have placed your order online, we do not require any payments until you collect your order. However, if you want to make another payment towards your purchase before the collection date, you can do so in store using your Tax invoice as a reference number.

How long can you keep my order for?

We understand it may be difficult sometimes to get into store and collect your order. We will hold your order in your chosen store for an additional two weeks after your chosen collection date. If you cannot pick up your order during this time, please contact that store to arrange another collection date that suits you.

We currently offer free delivery for most orders over $100. Please note that for large size items a freight fee may apply. A flat fee of $9.95 is charged for orders under $100.

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately we currently do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within Australia.

 

Do I have to be present when my order arrives?

The Australia Post eParcel™ delivery procedure requires someone to sign for your parcel. If there is nobody available when the couriers attempt to deliver, a calling card will be left with you and your parcel will be made available for collection from a nearby Australia Post retail outlet.

 

How long before my order arrives?

Delivery is expected to be between 2 to 10 working days from dispatching your order from our warehouse but longer delivery times may occur for more remote locations.
