TBE Service Centre

TBE carries out all types of bicycle servicing and repairs. We have the largest and most professional workshop in Perth. Our huge service centre is located independtly from our retail stores. All major services and repairs are carried out at our specialist service centre located in Rivervale.

Our service centre is dedicated to repairing your bicycle. This means we have access to more parts and our bicycle technicians are fully focused on your bike without distractions.

TBE collects your bike from your local store. Once we have assessed and quoted your bike, we will contact you with these details. On completion, your bike is returned to the store ready for your collection.

All our bicycle technicians are trained mechanics, or are undergoing training with supervision from a nationally recognised training group. This ensures all repairs are completed to the highest level.

Our specialist service centre can handle all major servicing. We have expertise in all forms of riding, including racing. We are specialists in disc brake replacement and upgrades, wheel building, suspension servicing and upgrades, frame swaps, and custom bike building.

All this ensures your bike is returned to you on time, completed professional and most importantly on budget.

Maintenance Specials

All bicycles purchased from TBE are covered by our 12 month free service guarantee. All you have to do is book your bike in at your local TBE store and we will have it running like new in no time.

After the initial 12 month free servicing period has expired, TBE recommends that you have your bike serviced at least every six months. Just before the start of summer and again at the start of winter are the ideal times to have these services done. Regular servicing will improve your bikes performance and ensure the longest life of the bikes componentry.

Service Guarantee

When you bring your bike in for servicing or repairs, we carry out a free no obligation quote of the work required. Our service manager will contact you to explain what will be needed to get your bike running reliable and safely again. Our manager will give you the updated quote and completion time. All our work is covered by a 30 day guarantee against faulty workmanship. Our service guarantee to you covers the following aims:

  All repairs are completed within the given quote
  No repairs will exceed the quote without your approval
  All repair work is covered by our workmanship guarantee
  The fastest turn around time available, (we however don’t rush repairs; we work to having the repairs completed to the highest standard)

Please Note: we currently don’t do repair work on Saturday or Sunday.
