We have a very comprehensive network of cycle paths around the metropolitan area, which are suitable for all levels of cycling. There are also a lot of organised rides, which cater for all types and levels of cycling.

TBE Nedlands
MONDAY & FRIDAY 6.45 AM - BEGINNER RIDE WITH MAL
This ride is a 25 km trip around the suburb of Dalkeith. It's a gentle, introduction ride to group rides. Flat bar and beginner road bikes are welcome. The ride finishes around 8 AM at the Neds Cafe. Come along and get these 60 minutes of excercice in your day before you get to work. Please contact Mal on 0418 810 666 for any enquiries about tbis ride.
SATURDAY 5 AM - HILL RIDE 85KM HARD WITH RUPERT
This ride is aimed at people interested in racing or competing. This involves a quick jaunt to the hills and the pace is solid with no stops. The ride will finish at 8.20 am at Lemon Cafe in Claremont. Average speed: 32 km/h plus. Max 12 riders, speak to Rupert at TBE Nedlands.
SUNDAY 7AM - GROUP RIDE 50KM INTERMEDIATE WITH MIKE
This is a good option for riders who already ride but are interested in improving their skills as the intensity of the ride is controlled by Mike who will pass on tips on bike handling, technical aspects, cycling fitness and how to ride safely within the group. The ride finishes in Nedlands at 8.30 AM at Neds Cafe. Average speed ranges from 26 to 28 km/h. To discuss details, ring Mike on 0418 920 084
Note: for safety reasons, well maintained road bike as well as road cycling clothing and cleated shoes are required to participate.
TBE Osborne Park
SATURDAY 6.15AM - GROUP RIDE 50KM INTERMEDIATE WITH WAYNE
From beginners to experienced cyclists, this ride will suit all. Riding at a steady pace, Wayne will keep a watchful eye on all involved, passing on years of experience for all those who wish to know more about training, bike setup and product knowledge. It finishes in Mount Hawthorn at 8.15 AM at New Norcia Cafe.
